What's the "Other" building do

How can I customize buildings how do they work in map maker?
Anyone know

The "Other" Building type can be used for a series of applications:
Flags (to prevent ally capping of regions you don't want ally capped or to show players who owns what at the start of the game)
Forts (so that they only act as massive defensive works and don't give any other benefits)
Flavor units (for lore/flavor of the map)
And many other applications. "Other" ultimately allows you to create buildings that don't give any over time benefits such as reinforcements, defensive buffs, upkeep management, etc.

It does nothing. It's just a unit that can't move.
