Expected behavior:
Game should proceed to next turn once zero (0) time is reached.

Actual behavior:
The game is not proceeding to the next turn even though zero (0) time has been reached.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open the game.

Game Name: New World Empires XVII
Time remaining shows zero(0)
This time remaining has not changed since at least yesterday, 14-Feb-2025.
No new turn is being displayed.
