Ok RA nerf wont nearly affect scenarios, so it kinda has no real point excpet forcing players to remember militia nerf and bomber +20 in world map.
But blitz reinf basicly vaporizes all the use blitz has in competitive games; where you can use cheap secondary defence to capture cities when u are broke, or quickly assemble defensive stack, or wall easily. Rip WW1 Blitz Russia, RIP 10K Blitz World Maps, RIP militia spam in ancient to get quick stack.
So good job for not nearly nerfing RA back to its shittiness but also for limiting all uses of blitz only to Modern World RP Maps.

As someone who rarely uses Blitz, I find this beyond disheartening as yet another strategy has been nerfed towards oblivion. Blitzkrieg, as it was, was an interesting anomaly that had spiced up 3 vs. 3's and scenarios as a wild card strat. It yielded no additional offensive power like IF (juggernaut units) or LB (killer offense) and would have shattered under the pressures of a stacking game. Where it lacked in offensive power, it also lacked in defensive power as it suffered from -1 def to all units and -2 to infantry in cities. Infantry was rendered practically useless aside from throwing men to the front lines. Without troops and money, Blitz was useless.
While large scale use of militia was a core backbone in a pro player's repertoire, it provided for a double-edged sword as defending cities directly would be a huge mistake and one can only tb for so long. Walling cities and delaying retaliation would be difficult as high rank players judiciously wf cities. One would also have to take the opponents cities in the first place, which are also walled, to do significant damage to the enemy.
Infantry have their uses and the range does make the difference. While they are normally twice the cost, it is inconvenient to keep building transports on a limited budget and the 10 range versus the 6 range of militia was well worth it in making long range attacks. We are also forgetting that it takes masses of militia and harrowing casualties to take opponents cities whether they are well-defended or not. Not to mention the fact that one has limited reinforcements and wasting reinforcements on militia who do not enjoy the full benefits of Blitzkrieg or the same amount of attack as superior units is inefficient and counterproductive. Nerfing them is a huge handicap as Blitz players can no longer enjoy the same inadequate buffer in troop count that supplemented their strained incomes.
Targeting strategies because they aren't supposed to win against "more cultured strategies" is not the way to go. Maybe we should be focusing on the creation of more strategies to live up the game play instead?

Militia should have -10 cost with blitz, but keep the range nerf. Relentless Attack should be buffed from what it was, not nerfed. The bombers should have extra range and the infantry should have extra attack because it is "relentless" attack, which means the user will attack relentlessly with all units at his disposal

That's not exactly accurate. Blitz became more than just a wild card. It became a meta strat, used regularly in both CWs and duels. If you've payed attention to the competitive scene recently, you'd agree with me on this. Even in the recent Master of East tournament, Blitz saw a very high increase in popularity and use. The game play for blitz before the nerf was considered unhealthy and unbalanced for the game. Hell, it doesn't even resemble historically what "Blitzkrieg" was.

You do realize that SM is more than just 8 attack bombers. It has reduced cost and increased range. Also Air Transports have +1 extra capacity and cheap cost of 350. Dont forget to mention that AT's have been given +1 attack and +1 defense as well as Stealth bombers with +2 attack and 70 reduced cost. Also Sky Menace is a utility strategy not a purely offensive only strategy like RA or DS is. You rely on cheaper air transports to move units around very quickly. We must stray away from this rush with only 1 unit type meta. It makes for a silly unbalanced game.

Nerfing an already deeply flawed strat like blitz
Indeed, the defense debuff makes Blitzkrieg a strategy that only works out if you're on the attack. The -1 defense really does make a big difference because if you lose the initiative with Blitz you are likely going to lose, and now with this militia cost increase and the -1 range, it really, REALLY kills the potential for Blitz in games like 3v3s and 10K worlds, because your militia hordes are what holds up your campaign at the start of the game. I almost always use Blitzkrieg since I prefer to move quickly, and now I pay the price for building my playstyle around a single strat. I never though Blitz would be debuffed, especially not in this manner.
So yeah, I just got screwed over.

This makes me somewhat relieved I started transitioning out of Blitz and into other strategies like GW. The -1 Defense was a huge handicap already to begin with. But I will always remember Blitz as the strategy that won me the most games and allowed me to experiment on different tactics which made each game unique due to its range.

I understand why blitzkrieg militia would get a range nerf. but why nerf the cost? that is just a bit too drastic
